Generative design
You need four hundred of something, each one different, print-ready, by Friday.
This is the unusual one, and it is the thing nobody else in Lusaka is offering. Instead of designing one artwork and copy-pasting it four hundred times, we write a script that reads your spreadsheet and produces four hundred finished, print-ready files — each personalised, all identical in quality.
It has been used for real: 410 individually numbered race bibs and 20 flags for the Win with MX × Nando's 5KM, generated in a single run. The same approach produced five complete jewelry logo concepts from one source file, and typeset a full book interior with automated widow, orphan and folio checks.
The top tier hands you the pipeline itself — documented and runnable — so next year's event does not need me at all.

The pipeline

You keep the machine. Next year you run it yourself.

- A written runbook — how to change the data, the template, the output
- Runs on your machine, no subscription, no licence
- A training session walking you through it
- Unlimited items, forever
50% to start, 50% on delivery. Prices in ZMW and exclusive of domain, hosting and store fees — those are listed per service so there are no surprises.
- What do I have to give you?
- A spreadsheet. One row per item, one column per thing that changes — name, number, date, category. If your data is messy that is fine; cleaning it is part of the job.
- Is this just mail merge?
- Mail merge puts text into a document. This generates the whole artwork — layout, colour, images, codes — and validates every file before you pay a printer. It also handles cases mail merge cannot, like a name too long for the space, which it resizes rather than overflows.
